The customer service is at the complete disposal of the clients for every need or problem they might have, There must firstly however, be respect for who is working and doing her job.In this case you disrespected a person because she was not complying to your demands you did not even considered the solutions we offered and you decided to just vent frustration and malice towards someone that was trying to help you.We as Motostorm take pride in our customer service, as we do the best we can to satisfy the Customer with respect. In your last communication you were exceedinly aggressive and used multiple insults in regards to our Customer Service manager, calling her names and wishing despicable things upon her. The product had to be returned to Motostorm to proceed in any direction possible. You declined our offer and demanded solutions that were not applicable. It was going to be sent to the manufacturer for warranty. We offered to assit you and offered the free return of the exhaust - even if you had already installed it on your motorbike and used it. From the beginning, we as Motostorm, have responded to any issues you have had with your purchase. Hello, we are sorry you are not satisfied with our Customer service. Let me end on the revelation that one of the excuses you use is that you're a small business, like that is some sort of excuse for being fraudulent sellers, well there's a reason you're a small business. I will indeed shop elsewhere from now on. If you're a company that makes a habit of extremely slow communication and shipping, as well as shipping used and damaged exhausts on *multiple* occasions, then you deserve everything that comes your way. You lost any respect I had for you the second you mucked up my first order, then my second, then my 3rd. You say "There must firstly however, be respect for who is working and doing her job." Respect is earned. And in regards to my "exceedingly aggressive" words, she who shall not be named deserved every one of them. Ask me to put my trust in a proven untrustworthy bunch of scammers. Please forgive us, we are a sMAll cOMpAny" Great solution guys. Who in their right mind, after experiencing the things I already have, would make such a decision? No doubt it would have taken weeks longer than it should have, leading up to a belated email from you basically saying "ah yeah about the exhaust, we're just going to refund you because either we can't organise another one properly, or because we knew full well it was damaged when we sent it, and we can't get a new one. However if I sent you the exhaust, I would be at the mercy of your "customer service" cretin. If you were a company that was mildly capable of logistics and organisation I might consider it. Why even have a website? You pretend like having me uninstall an exhaust and put my bike out of commission is some sort of solution. After 5 days they state it's still delayed. I email them on a Thursday, they get around to replying on a Tuesday. Their website states "ships in 24 hours". I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have purchased from them 3 different times, within about a month, thinking that surely no company in this day and age can be so flagrantly negligent to their paying customers. The reviews on this website speak for themselves, you can use all the excuses you like, they mean nothing. They reply when they see fit, not when it is required, they excuse their actions with many different reasons, all lies. They use the term "Customer Service Manager". They will reply to this review saying "You have been contacted" or "we're sorry" blah blah blah. I don't have spare exhausts lying around, when I buy a $3.8k italian exhaust, I expect it not to arrive USED AND DAMAGED. They offer a replacement but I have to send it all the way back to them first, and I have already gotten rid of the stock exhaust. However I have found multiple reviews here on Trust Pilot that also mention used exhausts sent. The useless AND REAl slow 'customer service' from Motostorm had all the excuses, it's not their fault it's what they got sent from Termi blah blah blah. Scratches all over it, plastic bags had been opened and resealed. I purchased a $3,800 Termignoni exhaust and it was *USED AND DAMAGED*.
